Rescheduling: An intimation is to be given to the ETS 3 days prior to the examination date. The necessary rescheduling fee has to be paid.
Cancellation:An intimation is to be given to the ETS 3 days prior to the examination date. A cancellation fee is applicable.

Mode: The TOEFL test is Internet Based Test (iBT) in India.
Number of tests:You can take the test as many times as you want, however there has to be a gap of 7 days. You may take the TOEFL iBT test only once in any seven-day period, even if you took the test and canceled your scores. If you test more than once in a seven-day period, your new scores will not be reported and your test fee will not be refunded.
Scores:Total score is out of 300 (Computer Based). If the test is taken more than once, all the scores and the dates are sent to the universities. Scores can be cancelled before coming out of the test.

GMAT: Graduate Management Admission Test

Required for:

Students who want to pursue PG Degree/ Masters in Business Administration Entrance exam in USA primarily. However there are some Premier Ivy League universities in UK that may also require GMAT to be taken as a qualifying exam.

The score is sent to 5 universities by GMAC free of cost at the time of exam. GMAC charges additionally for scores sent to universities later.

Requirements for Phone / Fax Registration:

Confirmation:A registration no. is given as terms of confirmation.
Rescheduling:Has to be changed completely due to the 7 full calendar days and within 7 days clause.

• Intimation is to be given to GMAC 7 days prior to the examination date
• Appointments rescheduled at least 7 full calendar days before the original appointment will incur an additional fee of $50
• Appointments rescheduled within 7 calendar days of the original appointment will be charged $250, which means that the original testing fee will be forfeited
• The rescheduling fee is subject to change without notice

Cancellation:
Has to be changed completely due to the 7 full calendar days and within 7 days clause.

• Intimation is to be given to GMAC 7 days prior to the examination date. If you cancel your test appointment atleast 7 full calendar days in advance of the date and time of your appointment, you will receive a partial refund of US$ 80
• If you cancel your appointment within seven full calendar days of your scheduled test date and time, the entire registration fee will be forfeited
• The cancellation refund is subject to change without notice

Mode:
The GMAT test is a computer adaptive test (CAT).
Number of tests:
Only 1 test can be given in a calender month and no more than 5 times in a year.
Score:
Total score is out of 800 (Quantitative & Verbal) and Analytical Writing Assessment (Essays) is scaled from 0 - 6.

All the scores and dates are sent to the universities if the test is taken more than once.
Scores can be cancelled before coming out of the test.

SAT: Scholastic Aptitude Test.

Administered by:College Board.
Required forTo secure admission for any Under Graduate studies in USA/Canada.

Reporting:The score is sent to four universities free of cost, which can be selected at any time of registering for the exam. College Board charges additional for the score to be sent to university later.

Scores:Total score is out of 2400. All the scores and the dates are sent to the universities if the test is taken more than once.
(A) SAT I (Reasoning):
Format:Critical Reading Section-Reading comprehension, sentence completions, and paragraph-length critical reading=800 marks. Mathematics Section-Five-choice multiple-choice questions Number and operations; algebra and functions; geometry; statistics, probability, and data analysis=800 marks.
Writing Section-: Multiple choice questions (35 min.) and student-written essay (25 min.) Grammar, usage, and word choice=800 marks.
(A) SAT II (Subject):
Required for:SAT II is sometimes a prerequisite for admission into a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Medicine, etc. in top Universities.
Subjects:Math Level I C, Math Level II C, Physics, Chemistry, Biology E/M, Writing, Literature, American History, World History, Languages.

Requirements For Web/Phone, Fax and Mail Registration or Requirements For Registration:
There are four ways you can register for the computer-based General Test.
Web:Online Registration can be done only via International Credit card. International Credit cards that can be used are American Express, Discover, JCB, MasterCard or VISA card. Debit card cannot be used for online registration in India.
Phone:

• One can register over the phone by using an American Express, Discover, JCB, MasterCard or a VISA International Credit card.
• Post that, student need to call the appropriate RRC [Regional Registration Center] at least two business days before your preferred test date and a confirmation number, reporting time, and the test center address will be given to you when you call.

Fax:

• One needs to register using American Express, Discover, JCB, MasterCard or VISA International Credit Card and then fax the International Test Scheduling Form (PDF) to the appropriate RRC[Regional Registration Center].
• The form must be received at least 7 days before your first-choice test date.
• A confirmation number, reporting time and the test center address will be faxed or mailed to you. If you do not receive a confirmation of your appointment, call the appropriate RRC at least 3 business days before your first-choice test date.
• If you missed your appointment and did not call the RRC, your test fee will not be refunded. If you provide an e-mail address, you may receive a confirmation by e-mail.
  
  Quick Pay Instructions:

• Locate an agent in your country.
• When completing the payment services or blue form, please use the following codes under the "Pay To" section:

• Country: USA

• The form must be received at least three weeks before your first-choice test date.
• A confirmation number, reporting time, and the test center address will be faxed or mailed to you.
• If you do not receive a confirmation, call the appropriate RRC at least 3 business days before your first-choice test date. If you miss your appointment and did not call the RRC, your test fee will not be refunded. If you provide an e-mail address, you may receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Mail:

• Mail the International Test Scheduling Form (PDF) to the appropriate RRC with appropriate payment.
• ETS now accepts payments via the Western Union Quick Pay service for computer-based testing administrations. Only original receipts will be accepted by Prometric.

Rescheduling or Canceling a Test Appointment:

• Contact the appropriate registration center no later than 3 full days before your appointment (not including the day of your test or the day of your request)
• The General Test rescheduling fee is $50
• You cannot reschedule between sites served by different Regional Registration Centers (RRCs)

Mode:The GRE test is a computer adaptive test (CAT).
Number of tests:Only 1 test can be given in a calender month. A total of 5 tests can be given in a year. However many universities may average the scores if more that 1 test is given.
Score:Total score is out of 1600 marks (Verbal=800 & Quantitative=800), Analytical Writing Assessment (Essays) is scaled from 0 - 6, in half-point increments
